These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GuideSail website at https://getguidesail.com ("Website") and the services provided by GuideSail ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GuideSail is a no-code tool for creating SaaS product guides quickly. Users subscribe via a monthly fee to access the service. Subscribed users can create product guides for webpages they own and can edit the source code, limited by the plans which they are subscribed to.

2. Ownership and Access

Subscribed users may create GuideSail elements for any webpage they own and have the ability to edit its source code. Subscribed users have access to their guides, surveys, or any other GuideSail elements during the subscription period. Guides, surveys, announcements and all other GuideSail elements cannot be accessed once the subscription ends.

3. Subscription and Refund Policy

Users may subscribe via a monthly fee. Subscribed users can request a refund within 7 days of any billing date.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect user data, including name, email, and payment information. Non-personal data is collected through web cookies. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

6. Updates to Terms

Users will be notified of any updates to these Terms via email.

7. Lifetime Deals

GuideSail offers a Lifetime Deal as a one-time purchase option. By choosing the Lifetime Deal, users will receive access to GuideSail for as long as the tool is in service, without the need for additional subscription payments. The services and features included in the Lifetime Deal are those that are advertised at the time of the customer's purchase.

7.1 Guaranteed Services and Features:
Users who opt for the Lifetime Deal will be guaranteed access to the services and features that are explicitly outlined and advertised at the time of their purchase. These guaranteed services and features will remain accessible to the customer for the lifetime of the GuideSail tool.

7.2 Non-Guarantee of Future Features:
It is important to note that GuideSail may introduce new services, features, or updates after the customer's purchase of the Lifetime Deal. However, there is no guarantee that these additional features will be accessible to customers who have opted for the Lifetime Deal. GuideSail reserves the right to determine which features are included in the Lifetime Deal and may offer separate subscription plans for any new functionalities introduced post-purchase.

7.3 Changes to Lifetime Deal Features:
GuideSail reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features included in the Lifetime Deal. In the event of changes, users will be notified via email or through other appropriate communication channels.

By opting for the Lifetime Deal, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this section regarding the guarantee of advertised services and features at the time of purchase and the absence of guarantees for features introduced after the purchase.
