These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GuideSail website at https://getguidesail.com ("Website") and the services provided by GuideSail ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GuideSail is a no-code tool for creating SaaS product guides quickly. Users subscribe via a monthly fee to access the service. Subscribed users can create product guides for webpages they own and can edit the source code, limited by the plans which they are subscribed to.

2. Ownership and Access

Subscribed users may create GuideSail elements for any webpage they own and have the ability to edit its source code. Subscribed users have access to their guides, surveys, or any other GuideSail elements during the subscription period. Guides, surveys, announcements and all other GuideSail elements cannot be accessed once the subscription ends.

3. Subscription and Refund Policy

Users may subscribe via a monthly fee. Subscribed users can request a refund within 7 days of any billing date.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect user data, including name, email, and payment information. Non-personal data is collected through web cookies. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
